Family Fund Trading is one of the UK’s leading business to business fulfilment services for goods and services awarded through local authority and charity grant applications. We work in partnership with a number of organisations to share our grant administration experience and offer a value for money solution tailored to their particular needs.

We provide a number of grant giving services, including a secure online portal which facilitates the ordering of goods and services awarded via charity and local authority grant schemes. Our strict service level agreements with suppliers means that our fulfilment service is fast and efficient, providing essential support when is it needed most.

Moreover, we add unique and significant social value through using our profits to support Family Fund, the UK’s largest provider of grants to low-income families raising disabled children – helping over 72,043 families in 2014/2015.

To date we have provided grant fulfilment services to 49 local authorities and 3 charities, supplying over 500,000 items to 180,000 people across England and Wales. In doing so, we generated over £1.1 million of additional funding on behalf of local authorities and charities, ensuring their grants went even further.

We have worked with some of the UK’s largest local authorities and companies, such as: Southwark Council, The Welsh Government, Islington Council, Norfolk Council, Durham County Council, Doncaster Council and Northgate.
